Real Estate

BWS Financial

Recurring income stream - investors associate HHC to residential real estate since it has relied upon selling land to home builders to grow its master planned communities (MPCs). Companies highlighted include Dollar Tree, Hanesbrands, Laboratory Corp., Mohawk Industries, Howard Hughes Corp. and Watsco.
