Mark Bathgate   Mark Bathgate Founder & CEO Mark has 25 years of financial market experience in fixed income and global macro. He began his career at Morgan Grenfell Asset Management (subsequently Deutsche Asset Management). Mark joined Goldman Sachs JB where as Head of Research for the proprietary trading unit in 2004 he worked closely with Bret Allender to develop the GTS Fund. He then was hired to UBS O’Connor in 2007 to work as Senior Strategist. In 2012, Mark co-founded ABD Investment Management -a macro hedge fund focusing on the G7 economies. He served as a portfolio manager at Bluebay Asset Management covering global macro markets from 2016 to 2019. Mark has also worked as a consultant for a number of European governments and policy institutions on market- related issues. Mark also contributes to newspapers such as the Spectator on economic and public policy issues.
