Mark Louthan
Mr. L. has over 15 years of experience in investigations, interrogations, and interviews in corporate and national security settings. Mark spent the majority of his career at the CIA where he served as a senior security and counterintelligence officer who also served at the White House under two Presidential administrations. Mark previously led Capital One’s internal fraud and anti-bribery and corruption risk functions prior to joining BIA in 2020. Mark holds a Master of Arts degree in Academic Policy and Leadership from The Ohio State University.

Mr. B. joined BIA after 26 years conducting negotiations, investigations, interrogations, and interviews across the U.S. and in twenty foreign countries in furtherance of criminal and National Security probes for the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI). As an FBI Senior Manager, Mr. B. directed financial investigations and provided advanced interview training. Serving as a foreign Diplomat, he applied behavior analysis and communications skills to elicit cooperation from terrorists and negotiate international agreements. Prior to working for the U.S. Government, Mr. B. was a corporate Accountant and Merger & Acquistion Financial Analyst. Mr. B. is a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Clemson University.
