Eoin Gleeson
Co-Founder
Eoin focuses on living matter – genes, cells, microbes, mitochondria, phages, xenobots, transmaterials and synapses – and how we are introducing these biomaterials into humans, animals and crops.Eoin’s background is in studying complex systems: his postgraduate research focused on simulating crowd behaviour during manias and epidemics. He spent 10 years covering biotech as a journalist: studying a wide range of materials and chemicals: from DNA to sulphuric acid to sewage. He is currently writing a book on Simulation – and why it heralds an age of very disturbing experiments.
